By using Vish, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. The service

Vish is a personal finance assistant powered by AI: you record expenses, income, subscriptions and installment purchases by conversing (text, voice or photo), and the app organizes and presents that information.

2. What Vish is NOT

• Not financial, investment, accounting or tax advice. The assistant's answers are informational.
• Not a bank:we don't move money, access your bank accounts, or process payments on your behalf.

3. AI can make mistakes

Recording and interpreting your data is done by artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes— amounts read from receipts, categories, message interpretation. You're responsible for reviewing entries; the app lets you edit or delete any of them.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the information you record. Vish is not directed at children or teenagers: by creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older. We may suspend accounts in case of abuse (including using the assistant outside the product's intended purpose).

5. Subscriptions

The free plan has usage limits. Paid plans (Vish Pro) are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store, processed by Apple: pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow Apple's rules and can be managed in your Apple account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

6. Ownership

The app, the brand and the software are ours. Your data is yours — we only process it to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial decisions made based on information from the app, nor for temporary service unavailability.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with venue in the district of São Paulo/SP. If you reside in the European Union or the European Economic Area, nothing in this clause limits the consumer-protection rights granted by the law of your country of residence, nor your right to bring a dispute before the competent authorities or courts there.
